EVERLOOP “I Do” Booking Policy

A minimum of 10 paying attendees is required for each EVERLOOP “I Do” Experience.

The couple or host may choose to pay for all guests, split the cost, or allow guests to pay individually.

A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. This deposit is nonrefundable IF:

The event is canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, or

Fewer than 10 attendees make a purchase.

If at least 10 attendees make a purchase, your deposit will be automatically refunded upon the conclusion of your event.

As a thank-you, the host will receive one complimentary bracelet (without a charm or connector), with the option to upgrade.
- For every guest who books their own EVERLOOP Experience at your event, the host will receive a $50 EVERLOOP gift card.
